Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Overview

Adversa is a competitor monitoring service that detects changes on publicly accessible web pages and provides AI-generated summaries of those changes. By creating an account and using Adversa, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Adversa is operated by Adversa.io, based in the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of the service available at adversa.io and app.adversa.io.

2. Accounts

To use Adversa, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
  • Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Pricing may change in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Adversa to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate the rights of others.
  • Monitor private or authenticated systems without authorisation.
  • Conduct attacks on or cause harm to third-party websites.
  • Abuse the monitoring infrastructure in a way that disrupts service for other users.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abuse and to act accordingly, including suspending or terminating accounts.

Adversa monitors publicly accessible web pages on behalf of users. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable laws and the terms of any websites they monitor. Adversa does not access private, authenticated, or restricted systems.

5. Intellectual Property

Adversa and all related software, branding, and content are the property of Adversa.io. These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights in the service. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the service while their account is active.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding uptime, monitoring accuracy, or the completeness of change detection. Adversa monitors publicly accessible web pages; changes that occur between monitoring intervals may not be captured.

We may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue the service or its features at any time as the product evolves.

AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. Users should independently verify important information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adversa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Missed or delayed detections of competitor changes.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete AI-generated summaries.
  • Service outages or interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users or to the service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
